CROSSFIT PENTAGON is designed for a Monday through Friday work week while utilizing the Pentagon Athletic Center aka "The PAC" and the surrounding Washington DC landmarks.

Pentagon Athletic Center just opened a functional movements expansion of the gym.  However, there are no scheduled classes yet.  CrossFit-specific equipment available - pull-up rack, rings, Olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates, wall-balls, row machines, box jumps and kettle bells.  Phase III expansion is planned but not executed yet includes outside pull-bars, rope climb, and kettle bells.

Starting 15NOV11 every Tues & Thurs an Intro to Functional Fitness Class will be held at 6:45am in the High Bay Room located across from the Racquetball Courts.  The classes will incorporate basic bodyweight movements and foundational weightlifting skills.
